FACILITIES OPERATIONS ENGINEER (STARLINK)
As a member of the Starlink facilities team in Redmond, you will apply your knowledge, experience, and creativity to help the organization achieve the highest level of operational excellence across its manufacturing and office facilities. This role focuses on building the processes, systems, and tools that enable the team to operate more efficiently and effectively.
You will serve as an adaptable problem solver who owns process development end-to-end, manages data and dashboards, drives continuous improvement, and supports facilities initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable jumping between strategic business intelligence work and operational execution and is not afraid to try new things or take on new projects independently.

Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
