Manage logistics, sales enablement, vendor communication, shipping, onsite needs, and post-event wrap-up. Coordinate smaller events, such as executive dinners and ancillary conference activations, from initial planning through final follow-up.

  • Event research: Identify and evaluate high-impact events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with Decagon’s ideal customer profile and regional priorities.

  • SDR partnership: Work closely with the SDR team to align on event targets, pre-event outreach, lead routing, and post-event follow-up campaigns.

  • Swag and gifting: Manage the sourcing, inventory, and shipment of swag, branded materials, and gifts for prospects, customers, and partners.

  • Reporting and data management: Upload and maintain event attendee and lead lists, ensure accurate campaign attribution and lead routing, and uphold strong data hygiene to provide GTM teams with reliable, actionable data. Track event performance, review lead quality, and identify opportunities to improve field programs.
