The opportunity

  • Conducting financial investigations and writing SARs/STRs

  • Monitor and proactively adjust to volume fluctuations, and effectively handle volume surges to maintain operational efficiency and compliance

  • Utilize advanced tools and spreadsheet functions for data analysis

  • Focus on multiple priorities, including individual production efforts and ad hoc projects

 

What you bring

  • 2+ years of anti-financial crime related experience with a crypto-background

  • Understanding of compliance operational functions and processes

  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with financial crimes

  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications, with emphasis on Google Sheets and Google Doc or similar programs

  • Familiarity and comfort utilizing AI and technology for automation

  • Familiarity with specific tools (Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM) and practices used in FIU

  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

 
 

Nice to haves

  • Financial crime related certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA, CRCM, CRC)
