You’re not just supporting leadership; you’re amplifying the impact of the CEO and shaping the initiatives that drive Lio’s growth. As a Founders Associate Intern in the CEO Office, you’ll work hands-on with the Go-to-Market team and across the company to turn strategic decisions into action.
In this role, you will:
Assist the CEO with strategic projects and high-impact decision-making
Contribute to go-to-market initiatives, helping launch and optimize campaigns that fuel growth
Support the optimization of internal processes to make the company faster, smarter, and more scalable
Collaborate closely with Product, Growth, and Sales teams to align cross-functional efforts
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they move from planning to measurable outcomes
You’re a good fit for this role if you:
Are available for a 6-month internship starting in July 2026
Have 1+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or high-growth startups
Think analytically, act proactively, and turn insights into action
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across teams, including executives
