About the Role

In this role, you won't just manage campaigns, you will own our search portfolio's evolution. You will be responsible for moving beyond traditional lead-gen metrics to implement advanced Value-Based Bidding (VBB) models that align search spend directly with downstream pipeline value. Leveraging cutting-edge AI capabilities and robust statistical testing, you will maintain complete visibility over all in-market campaigns, ensuring every dollar spent is backed by data and optimized for maximum business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Value-Based Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive, AI-driven paid search strategies across Google Ads and Bing Ads. Lead the transition to and optimization of Value-Based Bidding (VBB) models to prioritize high-value pipeline and revenue over raw lead volume.
  • AI Integration & Innovation: Proactively leverage AI and machine learning capabilities within search platforms (e.g., Smart Bidding, Broad Match + Smart Bidding loops, AI-powered ad assets and campaign types) to scale performance, uncover hidden demand, and push our strategy past the industry curve.
  • Rigorous Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze structured A/B and multivariate tests (bidding, copy, landing pages). Champion a scientific approach, ensuring all test outcomes are measured for statistical significance before scaling.
  • Holistic In-Market Reporting: Maintain a unified, real-time view of all in-market campaigns. Deliver clear, executive-ready reporting that tracks performance across the entire funnel from click to closed-won revenue ensuring complete transparency of our search footprint.
  • Martech & Data Integration: Collaborate closely with Marketing Operations and Digital Analytics teams to ensure seamless integration with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo). Ensure accurate offline conversion tracking (OCT) to feed VBB algorithms high-quality feedback loops.
  • Audience & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct advanced keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and first/third-party audience segmentation to identify high-intent targeting opportunities.
  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities for workflow automation, scripting, and process improvement to increase operational efficiency and scale our search program.
  • Account Hygiene & Automation: Actively audit account architecture to eliminate query bleeding and campaign cannibalization. Identify opportunities for workflow automation, scripting, and process improvement to scale our search program cleanly.

Qualifications

  • Education: BA or BS in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-level, full-funnel paid search campaigns, media planning, and advanced measurement.
  • Analytical Rigor: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of using statistical significance models to validate test results and drive data-backed decisions.
  • VBB Expertise: Strong experience implementing and optimizing Value-Based Bidding (VBB) and offline conversion feedback loops (connecting CRM data back to ad platforms).
  • AI Literacy: Practical experience leveraging AI-driven search features, automated bidding algorithms, and predictive analytics tools to scale and optimize campaigns.
  • Martech Proficiency: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Salesforce (CRM), Marketo/Eloqua (Marketing Automation), and advanced web analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GTM, or equivalent).
  • Project Management & Communication: Strong project management skills with the ability to translate complex, multi-layered data points into clear, concise, and actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • B2B Context: Prior experience in B2B SaaS marketing is highly preferred.
