What you'll do

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Supply Chain Manager (GSM) to lead supplier development and sourcing efforts for our next-generation robotic systems. This role is critical to the success of our engineering and product development teams, and we’re looking for someone who can identify and develop relationships with world-class suppliers, build long-term relationships, and negotiate complex contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical understanding, supply chain savvy, and polished relationship-building skills to help bring our innovative hardware products to market

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and identify supply chain needs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners across a global landscape.
  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers—generating excitement around our product vision and aligning roadmaps.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and supply agreements that balance cost, quality, schedule, and long-term strategic goals.
  • Drive sourcing decisions using detailed cost analysis, manufacturing feasibility, supplier capability assessments, and risk mitigation planning.
  • Monitor supplier performance and coordinate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operations to ensure sourcing strategies align with broader company objectives.
  • Maintain organized, data-driven decision making—leveraging sheets, dashboards, and analysis to support forecasting, supplier scorecards, and cost tracking.

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of supply chain, sourcing, or supplier management experience in a high-growth hardware or technology company (e.g., robotics, consumer electronics, medical devices).
  • Strong background in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract development.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships that go beyond transactions and into co-development partnerships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple vendors, categories, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills—confident interacting with executives, engineers, and global suppliers alike.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
