Team mission

The GTM Tooling team owns the systems, tools, and standards that let GetYourGuide’s commercial teams move faster with less friction—turning everyday platform pain points into scalable, self-serve capabilities.
We’re the connective tissue between Sales, Business Operations, and technology, using AI and smart process design to create leverage rather than manage chaos.

Your mission

  • Connect the business to the platform: Be the voice of Sales when the platform gets in their way, turning feedback and challenges into real opportunities for improvement, while championing GYG's Salesforce process documentation as our organization evolves.

  • Help shape the GTM tooling roadmap: As part of the GTM Tooling team, contribute to defining and driving the roadmap - spotting patterns in Sales needs, translating them into prioritized initiatives, and partnering with GTM colleagues to land changes with the right governance and enablement so they stick.

  • Scale support without scaling headcount: Build AI-assisted, self-serve tools that empower the sales team to solve everyday platform issues on their own, and own end-user administration — access, roles, reviews, and cleanups — making the routine effortless.

  • Make data accessible: Equip the sales team with the tools, templates, and standards to answer their own data questions with confidence, and govern the reporting environment — structure, naming, and access — so self-service reporting stays consistent and trustworthy.

  • Keep the knowledge alive: Curate the Salesforce System Wiki in Confluence so reps and managers can find answers without asking, and triage questions across internal channels, tracking them in JIRA through to resolution.

Your toolkit

  • 4+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role in a B2B or marketplace environment.
  • Solid Salesforce experience: comfortable with user administration, reports, dashboards, and data, but no expectation to build Flows or manage deployments.
  • A systems thinker who reaches for automation and AI before reaching for manual effort.
  • Skilled at discovery: you ask the right questions, spot the root cause behind a symptom, and document clearly.
  • A strong communicator who can move between Sales, Ops, and technical teams without losing anyone.
  • Organised and dependable: things don't fall through the cracks with you.

Extras that give you an edge

  • Salesforce Associate or Administrator certification, or equivalent hands-on experience working with or on the platform.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools applied to operations or sales workflows.

How we’ll make your career journey extraordinary

  • Annual personal growth budget and mentorship programs for continuous learning and development
  • Work from anywhere in the world for 30 days per year
  • A hybrid working approach with three days of in office collaboration (Mon, Tue, Thur) and two days of optional at home focus time.
  • Opportunities to collaborate and socialize with team members through quarterly team events and yearly company-wide events
  • Monthly transportation and fitness budget
  • Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities
  • Language reimbursement program
  • Health and wellness benefits

And more…
