Own tracking, QA, reporting, and measurement for Paid Social, partnering with internal and third-party tools to ensure confidence in results
Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to develop and iterate thumb-stopping, performance-driven creative that also advances Thumbtack's brand narrative
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field preferred
6+ years of experience managing, scaling, and evolving paid social programs at $X-XX million monthly spend
Deep platform and technical expertise in social platforms, with a minimum of 2+ such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit

Strong analytical chops, with experience in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups) and hands-on comfort with incrementality, MMM, A/B testing, lift testing, and attribution frameworks
Confident communicator with proven experience collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners
Comfort in a fast-paced, high-stakes growth org, with a bias for action, experimentation, and results
