You’ll lead various one-off special projects, translate high-level concepts into structured programs, formulate decision-ready recommendations, and represent Growth Marketing in cross-functional forums. You’ll own the operating cadence and track progress on key metrics for the self-serve business: weekly business reviews, quarterly planning, retros, OKR alignment, annual planning and cross-functional syncs, and build lightweight processes that increase velocity and accountability; dismantle or streamline processes that no longer scale.

You’ll assist in drafting executive-ready content for senior leadership, develop mechanisms for sharing Growth’s learnings across the organization, as well as systems to take others' learnings as inputs to our roadmaps. You’ll synthesize data, insights, and product signals into clear narratives that support decision-making.
