We are an in-person team in San Jose, CA, and are on-site 5 days a week. We are looking for Summer '26, Fall '26, and Summer '27 interns.
Key responsibilities:
Early-Career Hiring:
Help execute Etched’s internship and new-grad hiring strategy.
Identify exceptional students through universities, technical communities, and unconventional channels.
Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders on targeted outreach.
Events & Community:
Plan private events across the country for high-potential students.
Build relationships with university clubs, professors, and student leaders.
Create memorable experiences that introduce candidates to Etched.
Own guest lists, invitations, venues, logistics, and follow-up.
Marketing & Sourcing:
Develop campaigns that make Etched stand out to top students.
Source candidates through events, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
Create compelling early-career recruiting content.
Program Ownership:
Track event engagement and recruiting conversion.
Improve programs as Etched scales.
Collaborate across recruiting, marketing, and leadership.
Representative projects
Developing sourcing campaigns for hard-to-reach talent.
Establishing relationships with top university organizations.
Measuring which events and channels produce the strongest candidates.
You may be a good fit if you have
Experience in recruiting, sourcing, events, marketing, or community building.
Strong instincts for identifying and engaging exceptional people.
Excellent communication and project-management skills.
High attention to detail and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
Willingness to travel for events.
