Quick facts
From the original posting
This is the founding GTM Engineer role at Wispr, within our Revenue Operations team. You'll build the systems our go-to-market runs on: the company and people data underneath it, the signals that tell us who to talk to, and the outbound and inbound motions that act on them. You'll work across sales, marketing, and revenue operations, and own how prospects experience us, whether they buy self-serve or through sales.
Flow grew product-led, so many of the companies we want to sell to already have teams using it. Finding those accounts and getting them to the right rep at the right time is where this starts. Salesforce and our warehouse are in place, and the layer on top of them is yours to build: in code, versioned in a repo, with agents handling the manual work. If you want to design the play and write the code that runs it, this is the role.
The scope spans data, signals, outbound, inbound, and agents, so we're looking for engineering depth, GTM context, and real experience building with AI. You won't be an expert in every area here, so if you bring that mix, don't rule yourself out.
Build our company and people data: enrichment for accounts and contacts, entity resolution and account hierarchy, ICP fit scoring, and reliable syncs between Salesforce and our warehouse (ClickHouse), with shared definitions the whole team works from.
Own signals: product usage from Flow, intent, hiring, and job changes, turned into prioritized accounts and timely alerts for reps. That includes product-qualified leads, the teams already using Flow that should be talking to sales.
Run programmatic outbound: signal-based plays, account research and personalization, sequencing, and the attribution that shows which plays are worth scaling. Sales and marketing shape the plays with you; you build what runs them.
Own inbound end to end: enrichment at capture, qualification, scheduling, and routing that gets each lead to a rep in minutes, with a clear path to self-serve for the rest. That includes following up on self-serve sign-ups that show sales intent. You own speed-to-lead and conversion.
Build agents for the revenue team: account research, meeting prep and follow-up, data hygiene, and deal processing. Each one has a clear job and a metric it's measured on.
Run those agents like production software: evals and tests before release, monitoring after, fallbacks when a model or vendor fails, human review where the stakes call for it, and a log of what each agent did and why. You decide where an LLM is worth it and where a simple rule works better.
Help ops, sales, and marketing build with AI themselves, with the tools, documentation, and patterns you put in place.
5+ years in GTM engineering, revenue or marketing operations, growth, or software engineering, including 2+ years in a GTM engineering role. You've built outbound or inbound systems that generated measurable pipeline, and you can walk us through the numbers.
You build with AI every day. You use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) and have shipped LLM workflows other people rely on, with evals and monitoring behind them.
You write production code: Python or TypeScript, SQL, and APIs, and you're comfortable working in a data warehouse. You know when Clay is enough and when to build something custom.
You've worked hands-on with Salesforce, enrichment and signal providers, routing and scheduling tools (Chili Piper, LeanData, Default), and sales engagement platforms.
You understand how customers buy in product-led and sales-led motions, and you build for the reps who use your work.
You talk to users, ship, measure, and iterate, and you judge your work by whether people actually use it.
