About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to lead our finance team and manage the day-to-day finance operations of the company. The role includes managing the finance team, bookkeepers, payroll process, audits, financial reporting, and board reporting.
The Head of Finance will work closely with the CFO on business strategy, pricing changes, and key business decisions, while partnering closely with management across the company.

On a typical day you'll:

  • Manage the finance team, bookkeepers, payroll process, and external finance service providers.
  • Oversee bookkeeping, monthly closing, reconciliations, payments, and financial controls.
  • Lead payroll processes together with the current team.
  • Manage audit processes and work closely with auditors and external advisors.
  • Prepare financial reports, management reports, and board reporting materials.
  • Support the CFO with business strategy, pricing changes, and financial analysis.
  • Support our GTM with quote creation and approval.
  • Work closely with management to provide financial insights and support business decisions.
  • Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting standards.

About you:

  • CPA license- must.
  • Proven experience of at least 7+ years in a leading position in a finance team after your internship.
  • Fluent English- must.
  • Strong experience in bookkeeping, payroll, audit, reporting, budgeting, and financial controls.
  • Experience managing finance team members, bookkeepers, and external providers.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to support business and pricing decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with senior management.
  • Big 4 experience - advantage.
  • Hands-on, detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized.
