From the original posting
ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
Our team grew almost 4x this year to more than 1,000 people, and it is still growing. We are remote-first, and we also believe the places where our team gathers should match the quality of what we build. Our hubs in London, New York, San Francisco and Warsaw are premium spaces in the best neighbourhoods of each city. They host customers, partners and governments as well as our own people.
We are hiring a Head of Real Estate to own our real estate strategy and transactions worldwide. You will set the medium-term plan for each hub and run the deals that deliver it. You will also build the standard for every other market where we have people: when a team gets flex space, when it gets a lease, when it gets neither, and how people gather in between. Our headcount plan can change fast, so we value flexibility over the lowest rent. We need someone who structures creative deals and knows how to negotiate a good way out.
Your first 90 days will focus on London and New York. Both hubs carry recent long-term commitments, and as we grow they will need expansion, restructuring and sublease work. You will lead it. We want you to see that as the job, and to have done it before.
You will join the Finance leadership team, reporting to our CFO, and partner closely with our Workplace Operations team in People, as well as Tax, Corporate Development and our founders. You own real estate as a content area. The CFO is your sparring partner on the hard calls, and the two of you decide the largest ones together. We also expect you to bring a perspective to Finance beyond your own lane.
Many of our real estate choices have not been made yet. This is a role for someone who wants to shape the portfolio from here, bring a recommendation, and change it when the business changes.
End-to-end corporate real estate experience across a multi-city, international portfolio: strategy, site selection, lease negotiation, build-out and exit. You may have started on the deals side or the workplace side. Either way, you now cover both.
Has personally led lease negotiations on both sides of the Atlantic, ideally in London and New York, including expansion, contraction, termination and sublease rights.
Has exited or monetized surplus space through a sublease, surrender or negotiated termination, and can walk through what it cost.
Experience building flexible footprints (flex and coworking agreements, short leases, enterprise flex deals) and knows when to bring in Tax and Legal on entity questions in a new market.
Has delivered premium build-outs in partnership with a workplace team, and can explain how a space expressed a company's brand to customers and employees.
Fluent in the finance of real estate: budgets, cost per seat, lease accounting, and space planning against a headcount forecast that keeps moving.
Runs competitive broker and landlord processes and manages tenant-rep advisors.
Brings a clear recommendation to founders and executives, holds the view under pressure, and changes it when the evidence changes.
This role is based in London or New York. San Francisco is also possible. Expect regular travel across our hubs and the markets where our teams work.
