We are currently searching for a Implementation Engineer to join our team. This position is for someone located in São Paulo, Brazil who is able to come into the office in-person at least once weekly. In this position you will have the opportunity to work with some of our biggest partners within the retail industry.

About You:

You are a technically curious, detail-oriented problem solver who enjoys helping customers turn ideas into working solutions. You’re comfortable operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, and you take pride in making complex systems feel simple and intuitive for end users. You have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through, and you’re the type of person who doesn’t just hand something off—you make sure it works, performs well, and delivers real value.

You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both in writing and on video calls, and you’re comfortable working with global teams. You’re energized by fast-moving environments where you can learn quickly, adapt, and improve processes over time, and are okay with changing deadlines and quick prioritization changes. Whether you’re debugging an issue, guiding a client through setup, or translating technical requirements into actionable steps, you bring a thoughtful, structured approach to everything you do.

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new clients using the Smart Size Chart product, ensuring a smooth and successful launch
  • Translate client requirements into configuration and setup within Bold Metrics systems, including size chart mapping and product data integration
  • Troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues across data, configuration, and front-end behavior
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to escalate issues, improve tooling, and refine implementation workflows
  • Act as a trusted technical partner to clients, guiding them through best practices and optimizing their setup for accuracy and performance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline onboarding, improve documentation, and reduce time-to-launch
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company products and client integrations to support internal teams and answer technical questions.
  • Partner with clients on expansion initiatives, and ongoing support.
  • Support quality assurance efforts by validating newly released features, site implementations and bug fixes.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Strong written and fluent spoken English skills (required; you will work directly with international clients)
  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical role
  • Comfortable working with Javascript, APIs, JSON, and other web technologies
  • Previous experience with React
  • Experience working with product data, spreadsheets, or data mapping workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve technical issues independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where deadlines can change quickly and priorities can easily shift day-by-day
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus
  • Background in eCommerce, apparel, or sizing-related products is a plus
