Datadog’s Implementation Services team helps customers implement and deploy Datadog quickly. Our team leads the discovery, design, build, and launch of the Datadog platform to help customers accelerate time to value and get the most out of their investment. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding multiple implementations from start to finish and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and guide the project planning and delivery for multiple implementation engagements
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall project health to minimize risk and ensure successful completion of engagements
  • Partner with Implementation Services’ leadership to uplevel the team’s project management approach, documentation, and process
  • Collaborate with other teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years Technical Project or Program Management experience including planning, scheduling, and reporting
  • 5+ years of Customer facing experience in a services or success role
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively to business and technical audiences
  • Experience with DevOps services and technologies
  • Able to sit up to 4 hours, traveling to and from client sites
  • Able to travel via auto, train or air up to 30% of the time
