You’re not just managing IT; you’re automating it. As IT Automation & Systems Manager at Lio, you replace manual processes with smart workflows, build internal tools that outperform SaaS solutions, and create a secure, scalable IT foundation for a fast-growing AI company.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Automate onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device provisioning across our tool stack

  • Build lightweight internal tools (low-code / vibe-coded / custom scripts) to replace or optimize SaaS workflows

  • Integrate and orchestrate systems into a clean, automated setup

  • Own role- and group-based access structures and continuously improve permission management

  • Support IT security initiatives such as firewall setup, device policies, and security best practices

  • Document systems clearly and create scalable IT processes that grow with the company

Your Profile

You’re a good fit for this role if you:

  • Have experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or IT operations in a startup or SaaS environment

  • Think automation-first and prefer building systems over manually executing tasks

  • Can script or build internal tools (e.g., via Python, APIs, low-code tools, or AI-assisted coding)

  • Understand identity & access management, SaaS ecosystems, and modern cloud environments

  • Care about security fundamentals and structured permission concepts
