  • Manage complete hire-to-retire IT operations, including hardware provisioning, account setup, leading IT orientation for new hires, offboarding asset recovery, and access revoking.
  • Administer day-to-day user accounts, permissions, and group access within Google Workspace and connected corporate SaaS tools.
  • Manage physical IT asset lifecycle operations, including inventory tracking, hardware check-in/check-out, stock audits, and secure device disposal.

  • Support office conference room technology (Google Meet Hardware and Zoom Rooms) and provide live technical setup for corporate town halls and department events.
  • Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation (evenings and weekends) to address critical after-hours P1/P2 incidents, system outages, and urgent executive support needs.

This is an in-office/onsite position. This role may require flexibility to be on-call outside of standard working hours to address technical issues as needed.
