We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Global IT Team in Tel Aviv.
In this role, you’ll support employees across 50+ countries, delivering a seamless, secure, and exceptional IT experience. You’ll be responsible for supporting our core IT platforms, managing identity and access, troubleshooting endpoint and SaaS issues, and continuously improving our IT services.
Beyond day-to-day support, you’ll help build and maintain our internal Knowledge Base, identify opportunities to automate workflows, and leverage our in-house AI platform and modern AI tools to create solutions that enhance the employee experience and improve IT operations.

Provide world-class IT support to employees across multiple countries and time zones.
Deliver hands-on support from our Tel Aviv office for hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and workplace technology.
Administer and support core IT platforms, including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other business applications.
Manage user onboarding, offboarding, account provisioning, identity lifecycle, SSO, MFA, and access management.
Troubleshoot endpoint, application, and SaaS-related issues while working with vendors when needed.
Create, maintain, and continuously improve our IT Knowledge Base, documentation, and self-service resources.
Participate in IT projects, technology rollouts, office improvements, and continuous process optimization.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and operational standards.
3+ years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or Systems Administration.
Hands-on experience administering Okta, including SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management, and identity processes.
Experience administering Google Workspace.
Experience supporting modern SaaS platforms such as Slack, Zoom, and similar business applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS, Windows, hardware, networking, and endpoint technologies.
Experience using AI tools.
Experience creating technical documentation and maintaining Knowledge Base content.
Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving the employee experience.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work on-site from our Tel Aviv office five days a week.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and work non-traditional hours.
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or similar) is a strong advantage.
Hand-on experience in MDM management (Kanji, Intune).
Experience with modern web applications, APIs, and SaaS platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
