Job Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Intern to work alongside our manufacturing engineering team on impactful, project-based assignments that improve how we build and deliver our autonomous service vessels. You will be involved in real-world manufacturing challenges at the intersection of robotics, defense, and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in hands-on projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and processes

  • Conduct time studies and analyze production workflows

  • Support floor organization and lean manufacturing initiatives

  • Design and implement light tooling or fixtures to assist in assembly or fabrication

  • Analyze and improve manufacturing data and documentation systems

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and fabrication teams

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong interest in hands-on manufacturing and process improvement

  • Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
