WE are pioneers in the CTEM space, committed to meeting the needs of our growing customer base. Join us!

We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you'll own the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation programs that fuel SafeBreach's growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing, you'll turn marketing investment into measurable pipeline—running campaigns across paid media, sponsorships, email, content syndication, sponsored podcasts, newsletters, webinars, and our partner network to put SafeBreach in front of the right buyers.

You'll be the connection between creative, content, sales, and external partners—keeping campaigns on track, on message, and on budget while continuously optimizing for performance.

🚀 THE IMPACT YOU WILL HAVE

  • Plan, execute, optimize, and iterate on integrated demand generation campaigns across all channels to drive qualified pipeline.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with industry media partners, publications, and sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand reach and lead quality.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Ops on campaign operations end-to-end in HubSpot—workflows, nurture sequences, landing pages, forms, and reporting.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders—Content, Design, Sales, Channel, Marketing—to ensure campaigns have the right assets, messaging, and targeting, including co-marketing programs and budgets with our Channel team, and campaign and social alignment with our Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Plan, organize, and run hosted webinars supporting demand generation and customer success.
  • Own campaign budgets and performance: track spend, report against KPIs, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Maintain the campaign calendar and proactively flag risks, opportunities, and conflicts.

🧬 WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • 4+ years in demand generation and B2B campaign management, including sponsorship programs, paid content placements, and webinars, with a track record of campaigns that drove measurable pipeline.
  • Familiarity with key cybersecurity or tech industry publications, media outlets, and analyst communities (e.g., Dark Reading, SC Media, CISOs Connect, Gartner, Forrester).
  • Proficiency with HubSpot (automation, workflows, lead scoring, reporting) and Salesforce (campaign management, CRM reporting, lead tracking).
  • Highly organized project manager who can juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously across the B2B buyer journey.
  • Excellent written communication; comfortable writing and editing campaign briefs, copy, and stakeholder updates

💥 WHAT WE EXPECT IN A GREAT CANDIDATE

  • Experience working with a Partner network and/or managing Partner Marketing campaigns
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
