About the Role

As Factory builds its Partnerships function, we need a strong enablement foundation to help system integrators, cloud providers, AI technology partners, and others understand, position, sell, and implement Factory.

You will build and scale the programs, content, training, certifications, and operating processes that enable partners to bring Factory to market. Working across every function at Factory, you’ll align internal and external stakeholders, and turn complex products into clear, repeatable partner experiences.

This role is for a sharp communicator and operator who thrives in ambiguity, switches context fast, and builds structure at high velocity. You are comfortable working with senior enterprise and product leaders, managing competing priorities, and driving partner enablement from initial readiness through execution and expansion.

What you will do and achieve

  • Coauthor and execute Factory’s partner enablement strategy.

  • Assess partner and internal stakeholder needs to identify knowledge, skill, and performance gaps.

  • Design tailored enablement programs for system integrators, cloud providers, technology partners, and referral partners.

  • Enable partner sales and technical audiences, including presales, architects, consultants, and implementation teams.

  • Build scalable onboarding and certification programs that validate sales, technical, and delivery readiness.

  • Develop a blended learning model that includes live training, self-paced content, workshops, office hours, and guided learning paths.

  • Equip partners to clearly articulate Factory’s value proposition, ideal customer profile, use cases, and differentiation.

  • Create partner-facing resources such as pitch decks, demo guides, battlecards, solution briefs, competitive materials, guided walkthroughs, and implementation playbooks.

  • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to continuously improve enablement programs.

  • Measure effectiveness through partner activation, training completion, certification, pipeline contribution, revenue influence, and partner satisfaction.

  • Support partner launches, business reviews, events, and other strategic initiatives.

  • Advocate for partner needs while staying aligned with Factory’s product, commercial, and customer priorities.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel programs, solutions consulting, customer education, or a related field.

  • Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure effective enablement programs.

  • Experience enabling enterprise partners, including system integrators, cloud providers, technology partners, or consulting organizations.

  • Experience supporting both sales enablement and technical or presales enablement.

  • Familiarity with instructional design principles and experience creating on-demand learning content, guided walkthroughs, or LMS modules.

  • Demonstrated ability to build training, onboarding, and certification programs.

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills for audiences ranging from practitioners to executives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling content.

  • Strong cross-functional operating skills and experience working with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and project management skills.

  • Data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness and improving partner outcomes.

  • Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.

  • Experience with developer tools, enterprise software, cloud platforms, AI products, or software engineering workflows is preferred.

  • Experience at a high-growth or early-stage company is a plus.
