About the team

Members of the Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) team are responsible for providing technical guidance to Stripe’s key strategic partners. Our goal is to drive growth through co-solutioning, education and enablement with our partner organization. PSAs are a critical technical liaison to the Stripe Partner Development Manager and Partners. This involves creating comprehensive technical business plans for Partners, including identifying, incubating and bringing to market service/solution offerings built on or with Stripe. A Partner Solutions Architect is someone who is intellectually curious, motivated to win, open and entrepreneurial.

What you’ll do

As a dynamic and experienced Global Lead of Partner SA, you will lead our growing team of talented SAs working closely with our Alliances & Channels team. This role will focus on building robust alliances with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) such as Salesforce, Commerce tools, and AWS, as well as Global System Integrators (GSIs) like Accenture and PWC, on top of other strategic regional partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical leadership and managerial prowess, driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives that foster collaboration and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Partner Solutions Architects (PSA), providing guidance on best practices for engaging with partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance the capability of the PSA team in supporting ISV and SI partners across AMER.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and engineering teams, to ensure alignment in partner strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with key partner accounts, understanding their needs and translating them into action for the PSA team.
  • Analyze market trends and partner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and direct the team in addressing these areas.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Develop and grow talent on a global scale across AMER.
  • Initiate and lead efforts to develop Centers of Excellence within partners, driving solutions-orientated go-to-market services, products and strategies with Stripe as a key pillar.
