Collaborate with other engineers to design performant APIs, databases, and backend systems
Improve reliability and observability across our stack (monitoring, alerting, logging, tracing)
Evolve our CI/CD pipelines and developer environments to maximize speed and confidence in shipping
Empower others (and yourself) to use AI tools effectively and safely across the development process
Own system performance, uptime, and scalability as usage grows
Implement security best practices, from secrets management to access control
Respond to and help prevent production incidents
Join an ambitious team that moves fast, works hard, and loves what we build — plus, attend really cool parties!
3–11 years of infrastructure or backend engineering experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment
Experience designing and managing serverless or event-driven systems at scale
