The Role

What happens after the initial sale is where partnership is cemented and expansion is earned. We’re hiring two Post-Sales Operations Managers to be the operational backbone for our growing post-sales organization, supporting the teams that onboard customers, drive adoption, and deliver renewals and growth.

You will report to our Director of Post-Sales Operations and own day-to-day operational execution for a defined customer segment. You’ll partner with post-sales and sales leadership to shape how customers are onboarded, covered, renewed, and expanded—and turn those needs into clear processes, trusted data, and a repeatable operating rhythm.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role, using systems, automation, and Rogo’s own AI to help teams accomplish more. We’re hiring across Mid-Market and Enterprise; we’ll determine your focus during the interview process based on your strengths and experience.

What You Will Own

Post-Sales Execution & Customer Lifecycle

  • Run the segment’s operating cadence: weekly reviews, monthly business reviews, and quarterly planning.

  • Build repeatable processes across customer handoffs, onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

  • Translate customer and business needs into clear playbooks, ownership, and workflows.

  • Partner with account teams on business reviews, risk interventions, and expansion handoffs.

Coverage, Renewals & Planning

  • Maintain a clear view of customer coverage, engagement demand, and team capacity.

  • Improve how resources are assigned as customers move from pilots to ongoing partnerships.

  • Support renewal forecasting, keeping base renewal and expansion distinct.

  • Turn adoption, consumption, and engagement signals into priorities for account teams.

Data, Reporting & Systems

  • Own post-sales data quality in Salesforce for your segment.

  • Build reporting that helps leaders understand performance, risks, and opportunities.

  • Partner with Finance on retention reporting and with leadership on coverage and capacity planning.

  • Partner with GTM Systems to build and improve automations, agents, and workflows.

Your emphasis will vary by segment: Mid-Market centers on scalable lifecycle and renewal operations; Enterprise centers on engagement staffing, specialist capacity, and strategic-account execution.

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 days: You understand your segment’s customers, teams, and operating cadence, and are aligned with leaders on priorities.

  • 90 days: Core processes run consistently, reporting supports decisions, and targeted improvements are in use.

  • 6 months: Your segment operates on a documented, repeatable rhythm that scales with the business.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech, with 3+ years in Customer Success, Revenue, Sales, or related Operations.

  • Hands-on ownership of post-sales processes, such as renewals, onboarding, customer coverage, or resource planning.

  • Experience supporting a high-velocity customer motion or complex enterprise engagements; you do not need both.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including reporting, administration, and GTM data structures.

  • Strong analytical skills; comfort with contract, consumption, or staffing data. SQL or BI experience is a plus.

  • Experience using AI and automation to improve how teams work.

  • A track record of driving cross-functional change without formal authority.

  • Clear, concise writing: you can produce the one-page pre-read that lets a review start at the decision.

Who You Are

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments. You are high-intensity and care a lot about what you do, and you're ecstatic to work at a startup.

Why Join Rogo?
