Agentic AI has taken the world by storm and Databricks is proud to be a leader in this space. With a data-centric approach to AI, Databricks enables customers to build and use high-quality AI agents and applications that drive real business outcomes.

In this role, you will own product marketing for Genie, the data-smart AI coworker for business teams. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, you will lead messaging and content development for cross-channel marketing strategies targeting business and technical buyers as well as business users, with a strong focus on business value, usability, and adoption. You will partner closely with product, sales, partner, and marketing teams to increase awareness, support new launches, and drive adoption of Genie.

Ideal candidates will have a proven record in product marketing and experience working on technical products. You have a strong understanding of Data & AI platform offerings, have worked on creating messaging and positioning of technical products targeted at enterprise business users and decision makers (e.g., operations, finance, marketing), and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders to deliver joint messaging and GTM plans.

The impact you will have:

  • Establish Genie as the leading AI coworker for business teams by driving awareness, adoption, and daily usage across priority business user segments.
  • Launch and iterate messaging and campaigns that increase engagement, activation, and conversion among business users and decision makers, while aligning with IT stakeholders.
  • Elevate Databricks’ AI narrative with a strong emphasis on business value and productivity gains at flagship events and in always-on campaigns, resulting in increased share of voice and Genie pipeline.
  • Improve sales readiness and productivity by delivering enablement programs and content that help teams clearly articulate Genie’s business value to non-technical buyers and end users.
  • Build a strong portfolio of customer stories and proof points that demonstrate measurable Genie impact on business outcomes and are actively leveraged across sales, marketing, and partner motions.

What we look for:

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience at an enterprise software company.
  • Experience marketing Data & AI, AI assistants, or AI-powered products, particularly those used directly by business teams or end users.
  • Proven track record creating messaging and content that resonates with business users and decision makers while bridging to technical audiences.
  • Experience partnering closely with sales teams and partner teams to build and execute GTM and enablement programs.
  • Sufficient technical fluency to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, outcome-focused narratives for enterprise customers.
