Joblaze insights
Quick facts
From the original posting
You sit inside a product group and own its go-to-market from 0 to 1. You work with the field on the first customers, learn how to sell this product, and turn that into a playbook the whole org can use.
Build the playbook. Define how we sell your product: buyer personas, value proposition, use cases, demo story, positioning and messaging, and pilot structure. Work with the Head of Commercialization on pricing and packaging.
Go 0 to 1 with the field. Join the first deals. Run discovery, shape the demo around the customer's business case, and test the playbook in real conversations. Scout for design partners for new capabilities.
Design pilots that succeed. Set the scope, success criteria and business impact story for each POC. Spot risks early and run root cause analysis when a pilot gets stuck.
Hand it over to scale. Make what works easy for other teams, inside Wonderful and at the customer, to run without you. You own the content, they own the rollout.
Feed the product. Turn what you hear from customers into clear, prioritized input for PM and engineering.
Expand into target regions. Identify the local subject matter capabilities required and recruit local talent.
4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a product company: solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical product management, or technical BD.
You're a builder. You can put together an agent, connect APIs and debug a demo in front of a customer.
Commercial instinct. You can run a business requirements discussion, build a business case, and know why pilots and deals get stuck.
You can talk to a CTO and to a business buyer in the same meeting.
Excellent written and spoken English. You present daily.
Based in Tel Aviv, happy to travel.
You've shipped LLM-based agents to production (prompting, tool use, evals).
You've taken a product from its first customers to a repeatable motion.
You've built playbooks that other teams use, for example deployment, onboarding or change management.
Exposure to pricing or enterprise sales cycles.
A proven playbook for your product: personas, value proposition, demo story and pilot structure, tested with real customers.
Other teams run the playbook without you: the field, DS and FDEs, and customer teams.
Demo-to-POC conversion and POC success rate in your group are up.
A pricing and packaging proposal for your product is live.
PM gets a steady, useful flow of customer input.
