What we're looking for
5+ years of experience building production software, with strong technical depth and the ability to own architecture and move quickly across the stack.
Ex-founder or founding-team member who has built and shipped a product from zero, owned outcomes end to end, and made decisions with incomplete information.
Strong product instincts, with experience prioritizing roadmaps and building tools that teams genuinely rely on.
