Product Manager II

About the Role

Abnormal Security is seeking an ambitious and technically-grounded Product Manager II to drive innovation within our Multi-Product Platform (MPP) team, specifically within the Integrations & Platform Features product area.

The MPP Division owns the platform capabilities that make Abnormal work at scale — from core authentication and RBAC to the integration layer connecting Abnormal to every customer's security stack. Within MPP, the Integration & Platform Features teams are responsible for the external-facing platform surface that customers and security teams rely on daily: REST API and SIEM/SOAR integrations, emerging AI-native integration patterns (ie. MCP servers), user and product configurations, and more. Your primary focus will be Integrations — owning the REST API, connector platform, and the roadmap that makes Abnormal a platform developers and security teams can build on with confidence — while flexing into adjacent platform feature areas as the team's needs evolve.

What You Will Do

• Lead product definition and roadmap development for Abnormal's external integration platform, covering REST API capabilities, SIEM and SOAR connectors, and API lifecycle management (token management, versioning, schema governance).
• Drive Abnormal toward an API-first product model where customers can rely on a consistent, well-documented REST API to perform any action available in the portal.
• Drive adoption and reliability of Abnormal's integrations across major security platforms (e.g., Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps, CrowdStrike)
• Own the roadmap for emerging AI-native integrations, including Abnormal's MCP Server
• Partner across the Platform Features teams on adjacent areas like notifications, user settings, and product configuration
• Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success to translate customer escalations and field feedback into well-scoped requirements.
• Leverage AI tools daily for efficiency, clarity, and informed decision-making, and prototype ideas rapidly to generate fast feedback loops.

Must Haves

• 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience
• B2B SaaS experience where integration quality is mission-critical
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to translate feedback into product decisions
• Enough technical fluency to work productively with API documentation, data schemas, and webhook specifications
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex, ambiguous problems with multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with AI tools for daily productivity, decision-making, and rapid prototyping
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering and GTM teams
• High level of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence in a fast-moving environment
• Growth mindset and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment

Nice to Have

• Background in cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, or security compliance
• Familiarity with SIEM or SOAR platforms
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
• Prior experience with API product design
• Software engineering background that enables deeper engagement on integration architecture trade-offs
• Startup experience
