Abnormal AI is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Multi-Product Platform (MPP) organization, which owns the product platform enabling scalable, consistent product development across our enterprise product suite. This role sits on the Customer Journey team, focused on optimizing how customers onboard and start using Abnormal’s products — building systems that streamline the onboarding and proof-of-value (POV) experience, reducing manual steps, and accelerating time-to-value. The ideal candidate is a full-stack feature lead who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and is motivated to directly impact customer experience from day one.
