About this role
You will be Waymark's first Product Marketing Manager, building our product marketing function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to shape how we position our AI technology and data science innovations in the market, translate complex clinical evidence into compelling business narratives, and create the strategic infrastructure that enables our enterprise sales success with health plans and health systems.
You will work directly with our VP of Marketing and collaborate closely with our BD, Product, Research/Clinical, and Partner Success teams to develop positioning frameworks, competitive strategies, and sales enablement materials that don't exist today. In your first 12 months, you'll establish our tech differentiation narrative, build a comprehensive sales enablement library, lead strategic product launches for our AI products, build our scientific communications pipeline, and create the market intelligence systems that inform our product strategy. If you thrive in environments where you can build something from scratch and see direct impact on revenue growth, this role is for you.
