Recruiting Coordinators ensure seamless interview experiences at Datadog. This is a hands-on, delivery-first role where you'll actively manage your own scheduling requests while mastering our core tools and building strong recruiter/stakeholder partnerships. You’ll focus on high-volume scheduling and hiring workflows.
This is the foundational individual contributor (IC) role focused on operational execution and scheduling delivery. It serves as the starting point for the people and recruiting career path, emphasizing mastering core tools and navigating the high-volume environment before expanding into broader team-wide initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- High-volume interview scheduling, within established SLAs.
- Managing interview logistics (remote and onsite), and the candidate and interviewer communication around them.
- Interview day support: rescheduling, logistics, travel, expenses and real-time recovery when something moves.
- Managing job openings and job postings in our ATS, keeping all externally published information accurate and compliant.
- ATS hygiene for your pipeline: stage accuracy, feedback chasing, scorecard completion.
- Scheduling dashboard hygiene, operational excellence dashboard hygiene.
- Offer letters management with high attention to details for regional nuances.
- Team queue coverage: picking work up promptly and escalating blockers early.
- Reporting on your own workload, KPIs and SLAs. You own performance successes and hold yourself accountable to work and improve on gaps as soon as flagged.
- Partnering with recruiters, regional and global recruiting coordinators and stakeholders (people business partners, people coordinators and hiring managers).
- Provide clear guidance and training to stakeholders, delivering prompt and constructive feedback with confidence.
- Future growth goal: supporting onboarding for new team members, delivering training sessions and taking on stretch projects based on bandwidth and contribution.
- Identifies and removes roadblocks with guidance from leaders and tenured peers.
- Embrace a constantly changing environment, navigating uncertainty and pivoting focus to support evolving business needs.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 2–3 years of admin work experience, or 1-year experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role
- Prioritisation and organisational skills: scheduling, fixing, calendar management, handling urgent requests
- Sense of urgency
- Accuracy and the highest attention to detail in daily tasks
- Tooling fluency (Goodtime and Greenhouse previous knowledge is preferred)
- Clear and concise written communication with candidates, interviewers and stakeholders
- Team spirit: being able to work autonomously but also within a group with a team player attitude
