業務内容：

エンタープライズチームのアカウント・エグゼクティブチームの管理、採用、教育、立ち上げを行い、新規契約および既存顧客の拡張契約の獲得を推進する
月次および四半期毎の目標を達成し、エンタープライズチームの年間契約目標を達成させる
取引の規模や、契約獲得率、フォーキャストの精度など、生産性を表す指標に基づき、アカウント・エグゼクティブを管理し、成長をサポートする
担当顧客のエグゼクティブとの信頼関係の構築や、大手企業との複雑な取引や難易度の高い交渉を通して、アカウント・エグゼクティブをコーチングする
担当領域のGo To Market 戦略の方向性を策定し、実行する
マーケティング部門、プロダクト部門、カスタマー・サクセス部門と協力し、特定のビジネスニーズに合わせたメッセージングや販促資料、カスタマー・ジャーニーマップを作る
週次のフォーキャスト・ミーティングを実施する
見込顧客や既存顧客とのミーティングに参加し、商談をリードして、直属メンバーをサポートする。必要に応じて、他の社内リソースも活用する

B2B向けのテクノロジー企業で高いパフォーマンスを出すエンタープライズ・セールスチームをリードした経験
Fortune 1000 企業を含めた大手企業との信頼関係構築に優れ、5年以上のエンタープライズ・セールス経験がある
ビジネスとしての価値提供に基づいた価格交渉に自信があり、法務、調達などを含めた複数のステークホルダーが関わる複雑な営業プロセスを管理できる
IT分野における、Cレベルのエグゼクティブに対する営業方法を熟知している
営業目標の設定と、目標達成に向けたチームメンバーのマネジメント経験がある
自身のメンバー（IC）としての成功体験を元にしたコーチングに情熱があり、成長中のチームに対して関連性の高いクロージング経験を共有することができる
月2回程度、東京に出張し、1回につき数日間、東京オフィスで勤務できる方
顧客との商談などに伴い、大阪エリアを含む国内各地への移動・出張が可能な方
社内イベントなどのため、年最大4回、米国またはAPAC地域への海外出張が可能な方
