Regional Vice President, Enterprise, Growth

We are seeking a high-energy, driven leader with a passion for excellence to serve as the Regional Vice President, Enterprise, Growth, for Brazil. In this "leader of leaders" role, you will manage a highly talented team of Regional Directors. Your primary focus will be formulating and executing a growth strategy within Brazil, resulting in aggressive revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and world-class recruitment.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in São Paulo, Brazil, for our hybrid working model.

What you will be doing

• Lead Leaders: Coach and mentor your Regional Director leadership team to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives
• Strategic Recruitment: Proactively recruit first-line Regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Sales Executives to scale the Brazil region
• Sales Execution: Enable your team to identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline while navigating complex negotiations and organizations
• Methodology Excellence: Evangelize and drive adoption of our validated sales methodology (MEDDIC) and "Command of the Message" across your entire organization
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction and work with Marketing to drive regional seminars and trade shows
• Strategic Planning: Scale and develop sales territories while running weekly forecast meetings to measure progress
• Culture Ambassador: Serve as a model for MongoDB values, inspiring your team to build something unparalleled in the industry

What you will bring to the table

• Proven Leadership: Extensive experience building and leading high-performing sales teams (experience managing managers is preferred)
• Enterprise Expertise: The ability to articulate the business value of complex software technology and drive a complex sales process
• Results-Oriented: A proven track record of overachievement and hitting aggressive sales targets in a fast-paced environment
• Strategic Planning: Skill in business planning, measuring progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing solutions
• Influence: Excellent skills in building strong business partnerships both inside and outside the organization
• Training Foundation: Previous training in sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales
