Coaches also support career development by reviewing resumes and cover letters, refining LinkedIn profiles, and preparing students for both behavioral and technical interviews, along with guidance on networking strategy and salary negotiation as they work to land roles in the field. Ideal candidates have significant hands-on experience in autonomous vehicles or robotics (industry, research, or academia), prior mentoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to explaining complex technical concepts and career strategy alike.
