Databricks is looking for a motivated Manager to join our Strategy & Operations team to strengthen our product-focused planning and execution, provide strategic analysis, and instill operational thoughtfulness in our successful and fast-growing GTM teams
You will use data and qualitative information to help our Sales and Field Engineering Leadership manage the business with a specific focus on Platform health and adoption. This role will support our Genie and AI product lines. This includes serving as a strategic partner for VP-level GTM leaders, supporting essential aspects of our GTM design and annual planning process, building our data and analytics foundation (including executive reporting), and providing health of business reviews. You will work with our Field Engineering, Sales, Product, Finance, Data, Partnerships, and other GTM teams. You will report to the Director of FE Strategy and Ops.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
