Airbnb Luxe is the premier tier of Airbnb, a vetted and curated collection of Airbnb homes that meet our high standards on design and quality. We partner with the world's most exceptional hosts to deliver high quality experiences for our guests.

The Difference You Will Make:

This role requires candidates to be based in Mexico City. This role is not eligible for relocation support.

As an SDR for the AMER region, you will be on the front line of growing the Airbnb Luxe supply portfolio across North America and Latin America. You will identify, research, and engage property owners who meet our Luxe criteria, and connect qualified prospects with the Luxe Supply Acquisition team.

A Typical Day:

  • Prospect for new Airbnb Luxe hosts using Airbnb Luxe criteria and a framework for our ideal customer profile (ICP), leveraging provided and self-sourced lead databases.
  • Execute outbound outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn / ZoomInfo and social media channels to engage premium property owners across the AMER region.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing prospect intent and verifying that properties meet Airbnb Luxe home standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the Luxe Supply Acquisition team to facilitate property onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM.
  • Monitor luxury real estate trends across key LATAM and North American markets to identify high-potential lead sources.


Your Expertise:

  • Prior experience in a sales, business development, or outbound prospecting role — ideally within travel, hospitality, luxury real estate, or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume outbound pipeline across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft).
  • Comfortable working across North American and Latin American time zones.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Multilingual written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish)
  • Strong proficiency with CRM software and lead management tools.
  • Comfort with outreach and scheduling platforms.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume lead pipeline across two distinct regions.
  • Consultative selling approach with curiosity and active listening skills.
  • Cultural fluency in engaging both North American and Latin American property owner profiles.
