About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated sales development leader to join our organization as an SDR Manager for the SDR Team. This leader will be responsible for all elements of team development – recruitment, hiring, and management of an SDR team, as well as driving pipeline growth and exceeding qualified meeting targets within their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cybersecurity market leader with an unparalleled growth trajectory. Our Sales Development function is the “tip of the spear” for that growth - are you ready?

About You

The ideal Sales Development Manager candidate should have the perfect blend of experience as an SDR and/or AE, a desire to be challenged, a team oriented mindset, & a mentality of overachievement.The candidate will need to have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities. Strong written & verbal communication skills are also a must have. This role will also be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training new and tenured SDRs.

What You Will Do

  • Recruit and hire a world class team of SDR’s, on time and on budget
  • Clearly articulate, manage and enable SDR’s to hit all key productivity metrics and milestones of growth
  • Instill a disciplined approach to pipeline generation leveraging both SDR and the greater sales ecosystem
  • Develop an overall SDR strategy for the region resulting in strong execution and collaborative team pipeline generation.
  • Effectively forecast monthly / quarterly sales qualified pipeline to leadership
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews to measure SDR productivity, plan execution, and progress against strategic objectives.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 2 years SDR / SDR Manager / Account Executive experience with demonstrated track record of success exceeding quotas.
  • Strong hunter mentality: direct experience working with/managing teams responsible for creating new demand, new customer meetings, and sourcing new sales qualified pipeline.
  • A winner -, someone who holds themselves accountable to consistent over-achievement.
  • Successful experience booking complex prospect meetings with multiple buying influences in new or emerging solution categories.
  • Experience establishing and fostering strong relationships with potential partners and customers at executive levels.
  • Strong presentation and communications skills, competent translating technical features into business value.
  • Familiarity and experience using consultative, value-based SDR methodologies (Force Management, Challenger Sale, BANT, etc.) is a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Base salary range:
$77,070$90,650 USD
