What you’ll do:
Customer Experience (90%)
Deliver the Rothy’s Experience to every customer—a best in class service experience rooted in Rothy’s values—consistently embodying the brand through presentation, communication, and product expertise
Operational Excellence (10%)
Execute assigned responsibilities accurately as part of daily store operations, including stock replenishment, visual merchandising support, and store organization and cleanliness

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand/walk an entire shift
Pay Range:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
