- Provide expert guidance on Pinterest ad products and features, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the product roadmap and clearly articulating value to clients; engage cross-functional partners to resolve product-related questions when needed.
- Use AI-driven tools and platforms to continuously monitor campaign health, identify growth opportunities, and flag potential issues early, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Champion the adoption of new AI-powered solutions within the team and with clients, sharing best practices and learnings to drive better performance and operational efficiency.

- Strong communication and project management skills, with experience orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across internal and client teams.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Deep expertise in digital advertising and media, including campaign optimization, measurement, analytical problem solving, and platform/product knowledge.

- Experience working with ecommerce and retail-focused advertisers and understanding of their performance and growth drivers.
- Fluency in business Mandarin and English is required for business purposes
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools to monitor campaign performance, surface growth opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks.
- Curiosity and openness to adopting new AI tools and staying current with AI trends that create value for clients and internal stakeholders.
