As a senior account manager of the Greater China Export business, you’ll help to drive revenue growth for the largest advertisers on Pinterest:

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Account Manager (Growth – Torso) in the Greater China Export business, you will own a portfolio of high‑potential torso advertisers and help them grow into future flagship partners on Pinterest. You will manage approximately 10–20 verticalized books (for example, Apps, Ecommerce, Gaming, and other performance‑driven export verticals), drive measurable business results, and build scalable playbooks for this segment.

  • Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of high‑potential torso advertisers in the Greater China Export business, proactively engaging them on performance, optimization, and new opportunities.
  • Own a verticalized book (for example, Apps, Ecommerce, Gaming) and tailor strategies to the needs, seasonality, and maturity of each vertical and advertiser.
  • Gain a deep understanding of partners’ export business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed on Pinterest.
  • Become an expert in Pinterest campaign best practices, with a particular focus on lower‑funnel and performance products relevant for export advertisers.
  • Understand how to drive results, optimize campaigns, and deliver clear performance updates and recommendations to partners.
  • Actively lead and participate in client meetings (for example, business reviews, optimization sessions) to understand objectives and challenges across your portfolio.
  • Cross‑sell and upsell opportunities that contribute to the team’s ability to exceed revenue targets, using structured playbooks and testing frameworks.
  • Advise advertisers on media strategies across targeting, bidding models, creative, measurement, and alpha/beta testing opportunities.
  • Provide partners with guidance and expertise on product and service best practices and features, and maintain up‑to‑date fluency on Pinterest’s evolving ad product roadmap.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (for example, SS&O, Product, Measurement, Creative Strategy, Performance Solutions) to solve complex challenges and scale successful approaches across torso segments.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for your portfolio, highlighting key opportunities and risks.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of torso‑segment playbooks, including vertical best practices and operating cadences, and share learnings with the broader team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5–7 years of experience in digital advertising or media sales, managing performance‑oriented advertisers and owning client relationships.
  • Experience working with Greater China Export advertisers is required; experience with Ecommerce, Retail, Apps, or Gaming advertisers is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a scaled portfolio of accounts (for example, 10–20 accounts or books) with clear prioritization, structured operating rhythm, and strong execution.
  • Track record of compelling, data‑backed storytelling and recommendations that drive measurable impact.
  • Strong communication skills and experience managing multi‑stakeholder projects across geographies and functions.
  • A team player who can operate in a fast‑paced environment with both technical and non‑technical partners.
  • Expertise in digital advertising and media sales, including campaign optimization, analytical problem solving, and platform/product knowledge.
  • Technical foundation with relevant experience in performance‑oriented channels (for example, Search, Shopping, Display, or Social advertising technologies).
  • Fluency in business Mandarin and English is a must for business purpose
  • Comfortable with business travel.
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
