Ensure data has a seat at the table during cross-functional initiatives with product, marketing, engineering, and leadership.
Mentor junior analysts by reviewing work, sharing best practices, and helping level up the team's technical and analytical skills.
2-4 years of experience in data analysis, analytics, business analysis, or reporting, including a track record of independently owning projects end to end.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hands-on experience managing and maintaining near real-time data products in tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mode, or Databricks.
