Who We Are

Imprint helps the world's best brands grow the lifetime value of their customers. We started with co-branded credit cards and rebuilt them to be smarter, more rewarding, and brand-first. We partner with companies like Crate & Barrel, Rakuten, Booking.com, H-E-B, Fetch, and Shell to launch modern credit programs that deepen loyalty, unlock savings, and drive growth. But the card is just the beginning. We combine advanced payments infrastructure, intelligent underwriting, and deep customer data to create delightful and personalized experiences for members as well as efficient and profitable relationships for our brand partners. Our robust technology and world-class operations allow us and our brand partners to offer powerful financial products without becoming a bank.

In the U.S., co-branded cards alone account for over $300 billion in annual spend, and most still run on decades-old legacy bank systems. Imprint is the modern alternative: flexible, embeddable, and built for how people actually pay today. Backed by Kleiner Perkins, Thrive Capital, Ribbit, and Khosla Ventures, we're building a world-class team to redefine how people pay and how brands grow. If you want to move fast, solve hard problems, and own real outcomes, we want to meet you.

The Team

The Solutions Engineering team at Imprint is responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality partner implementations from scoping through go-live and beyond. We work directly with brand partners and cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to ensure every integration meets Imprint's quality standards and sets our partners up for long-term success. The team is led by our Head of Solutions Engineering and includes four Lead Solutions Engineers who own the technical execution of partner programs.

What You'll Do

As the Senior Delivery Manager on the Solutions Engineering team, you will own the end-to-end delivery of partner implementations, ensuring our brand partners have a seamless experience throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will manage multiple concurrent implementation workstreams, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, and own the technical relationships with our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Expansion and Delivery

  • Lead the delivery of new features, capabilities, and product expansions for existing partner programs

  • Translate partner and business goals into clear project plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria

  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives from initial scoping through testing, launch, and post-launch stabilization

  • Build and maintain delivery timelines and status reporting to keep stakeholders aligned on progress and priorities

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for partner stakeholders and internal teams, aligning product, engineering, compliance, and go-to-market functions to hit delivery milestones on time and at quality

  • Build trusted relationships with partner teams and internal leadership to influence decisions and drive accountability

Technical Coordination:

  • Work closely with Lead Solutions Engineers to define integration scope, troubleshoot technical issues in real time, and guide partners through APIs, payment processing flows, and operational dependencies

  • Develop a working understanding of partner systems, e-commerce platforms, and the payments ecosystem to provide actionable feedback on integration frameworks

Process and Tooling:

  • Build and refine delivery processes, frameworks, and reporting to increase visibility, reduce cycle time, and improve the consistency of partner implementations

  • Leverage AI tools and technologies to drive efficiency across the delivery lifecycle and champion their adoption across the team

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to drive delivery priorities, surface partner feedback, and ensure integration solutions are scalable and aligned with Imprint's platform roadmap

Risk and Escalation Management:

  • Proactively identify delivery risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues with clear context and recommended solutions

Your First 90 Days

Within your first 90 days, you will be fully embedded in the Solutions Engineering team and independently owning a portfolio of partner implementations end to end. You will have built strong working relationships with Lead Solutions Engineers, product, engineering, and go-to-market stakeholders. You will be driving delivery cadences, stakeholder communication, and milestone tracking across your programs, and contributing to delivery playbooks and process improvements that raise the bar for how we implement.

What We Look For

  • 7+ years of experience in technical delivery management, program management, or complex integration delivery, with meaningful time spent in payments, fintech, or financial services

  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, multi-stakeholder implementation projects with a structured and analytical approach

  • Strong understanding of payments infrastructure including payment processing, card networks, ACH, and related systems

  • Experience working directly with external partners or clients during technical implementations, with the ability to navigate both technical discussions with engineering teams and commercial conversations with partner stakeholders

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to present clearly to executive stakeholders

  • High level of ownership with the ability to proactively drive priorities, unblock teams, and push programs to completion

  • Curiosity about AI tools and a willingness to explore how emerging technologies can enhance delivery speed and quality
