Nova Credit is looking for a Senior Deployment Lead to implement Nova Credit's suite of products—Credit Passport®, Cash Atlas™, and Income Navigator—with new and existing customers post-sale. Your work will directly impact our global revenue growth and advance our mission to power a more fair and inclusive financial system for the world.
Success in this role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with technical and business stakeholders. Drawing on our experience with past enterprise-scale deployments, you'll ensure deployments meet and exceed client expectations. You'll work across client organizations—from technology teams to marketing and credit risk policy stakeholders—to drive successful product deployment and integration.
Internally, you'll orchestrate cross-functional collaboration to deliver deployments that are on time, on-scope, and positioned for revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with some operational ambiguity, can manage multiple complex deployments simultaneously, and excels at stakeholder management.
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays) based in the New York City Metropolitan area reporting to the Head of Solutions.

Base Salary Range: $153,600 - $182,400 USD
The above compensation range is for U.S.-based candidates and is dependent on individual experience, skills, education, location, and qualifications. We consider all elements of compensation as a part of the value we provide to Novans.
