Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO
Dataiku is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support Florian Douetteau, CEO of Dataiku. Reporting directly to Florian, this is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the center of the CEO's office. You will manage the CEO's calendar and travel, keep the board and senior leadership operating rhythm running smoothly, and work hand in hand with the Office of the CEO to keep company-wide cadence, calendars, and communications aligned with the CEO's priorities.
What you'll do:
Own the CEO's daily calendar, expenses, and travel logistics, including complex, multi-region scheduling across time zones
Coordinate customer and prospect meetings when the CEO is traveling, liaising with regional teams and building itineraries
Own board and committee meeting logistics: scheduling, day-of logistics. Assist with Board portal & submission deadlines.
Pre-read and sanity-check briefing materials ahead of customer meetings, email templates, board meetings, and internal speaking engagements
Partner with the Office of the CEO to support weekly executive committee meeting prep
Assist on various meetings: take accurate meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up and cascade of action items to the right stakeholders
Plan and execute large-scale events involving global stakeholders, including internal leadership offsites, all-hands, and external summits, managing logistics end to end
Support executive and senior hiring processes: NDAs, interview panel scheduling, debrief coordination, and offer logistics
Manage supplier setup, invoicing, and PO administration for the CEO's office
Travel as needed to support events, offsites, and key coordination moments
Who you are:
10+ years of executive assistant experience, including direct experience supporting a CEO or senior C-suite executive at a company of meaningful scale
Experience operating across departments, not just one function, with an understanding of what it takes to support someone whose calendar touches every part of the business
Able to make sound decisions and prioritize under ambiguity without needing detailed direction; you anticipate needs, exercise strong judgment on what warrants escalation, and take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next
Proven experience managing complex international travel across multiple time zones
Proven experience planning large-scale events with global stakeholders (leadership offsites, board meetings, customer summits) end to end
Experience taking clear, accurate meeting minutes and ensuring information cascades correctly to the right audiences
Experience supporting board meeting logistics and materials coordination
Proven ability to handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion
Excellent prioritization and follow-through across a high volume of competing, time-sensitive demands
Polished written and verbal communication for interactions with board members, senior executives, and external partners
Nice-to-haves:
Familiarity with board portal tools (e.g., Boardvantage)
French language skills
