Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (AI Enablement)

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will turn AI capabilities into practical solutions that improve how Reddit works across business and technical functions like Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Finance. You will identify valuable business problems and own the engineering from discovery through production launch and adoption, with measurable impact on quality, speed, capacity, and cost.

This is an opportunity to build close to the people who use your work. Working with internal business teams and the AI Platform team, you will challenge existing workflows, make product and technical decisions, and ship AI applications, agents, integrations, and automations that employees can rely on.

You will write code, experiment quickly, and take responsibility for production quality. Your judgment will shape where AI adds value, where conventional automation is better, and what should remain a human decision. The components and insights you contribute will help other teams solve similar problems.

You will have room to own meaningful work, deepen your applied AI expertise, and see the results of what you build across Reddit.
