TRM Labs is scaling fast, and our HRBP team is the connective tissue that keeps that growth healthy. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to managers and senior leaders as we build a high-performance organization where every TRMer is engaged and operating at the top of their craft. You will coach, run org design, own performance and employee relations, and drive the programs that move retention. You will obsess over the metrics that matter: performance, business success, attrition and engagement, and turn people data into action in an AI-native culture. You will also build scalable systems and agentic workflows that provide our employees with bespoke, white-glove experiences that make TRM a meaningful place for them to grow their career.

The impact you will have:

  • Increase retention: build action plans and develop programs that drive down voluntary attrition and increase engagement

  • Drive organizational effectiveness: partner with senior leaders on how their organizations should run, scale and change via honest feedback.

  • Enable business outcomes: connect talent strategy with strategic priorities and help leaders see around corners, weigh costs, and evaluate people-related decisions.

  • Raise manager quality: provide ongoing coaching and targeted manager development programs.

  • Increase talent density: advise managers around team and individual performance.

  • Protect trust in the company: manage employee relations from intake to resolution, including investigations, documentation, and terminations.

  • Experience leading change in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, including restructures where there is no playbook.

  • Sound judgment and high integrity in confidential, high-stakes situations.

  • A record of earning credibility with demanding technical and engineering teams.

  • Strategic range and a willingness to get hands-on. You can plan the org change and then run the first conversation.

  • Hands-on AI builder. You use AI daily and have built automations or agentic workflows for HRBP work. A tool you built for employees or managers, such as a career pathways tool, is a strong plus.

  • Fluent with people data: you know how and when to use quantitative and qualitative people insights to shape people strategy and to measure whether your work moved drove business impact.

  • Experience navigating multi-country employment is a plus.
