This role is ideal for a payroll professional who loves hands-on processing, thrives on problem-solving, and brings strong systems skills to handle complex payroll cases without escalation.
The Senior Payroll Analyst will work closely with the Payroll Director to support accurate and timely payroll processing for our Asia region—specifically Australia, Korea, Japan & Singapore, this may change as per org need and design. You will collaborate with payroll vendors, internal partners, and employees to deliver compliant, efficient payroll operations. While you will not be solely responsible for payroll execution, you will play a key role in preparing, validating, and reconciling payroll data, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting projects and process improvements.
This role reports to the Payroll Director based in UK.
