The Asana Product Marketing team fuels business growth and builds a brand customers love by creating campaigns and content to attract new accounts and inspire current ones to grow with us. We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Solutions and Audience Marketing team in Vancouver to own how Asana shows up to Marketing and Operations leaders and practitioners. In this role, you will go deep on these buyers and their daily workflows, turning that knowledge into messaging, field-enablement assets, and net-new acquisition campaigns that expand our pipeline. You will also own the narrative for innovative capabilities like Agentic Work Management, partnering closely with Core PMM, Product, and Sales teams.
This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements.
Own the audience strategy, messaging, and positioning for Marketing and Operations buyers, aligning audience narratives with Asana's broader company positioning and revenue goals.
Develop deep subject matter expertise on target buyer personas, uncovering insights into their workflows, team structures, tooling budgets, KPIs, and software evaluation criteria.
Create compelling content across the entire buyer journey, ranging from core narratives and web copy to whitepapers, product demos, and customer-facing presentations.
Partner cross-functionally with Core PMM and Product teams to translate Agentic Work Management capabilities (including prebuilt AI Teammates and no-code automations) into clear, persona-specific value propositions.
Equip sales and customer-facing teams with high-impact enablement tools, such as competitive battlecards, discovery guides, customer proof points, and pitch decks.
Collaborate closely with the Campaigns team to architect and execute new-logo acquisition campaigns that generate net-new qualified pipeline.
Partner across the organization to identify customer champions and showcase stories highlighting how Marketing and Ops teams drive measurable outcomes with Asana.
Champion the voice of the customer by channeling market insights and buyer feedback directly into product roadmap and positioning decisions.
Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them to enhance productivity, collaboration, or decision-making.
Proven track record in product marketing, audience marketing, or go-to-market strategy within an enterprise SaaS organization.
Deep experience developing persona-driven positioning and messaging specifically for marketing or operations decision-makers and practitioners.
Working familiarity with the work management, marketing technology, or operations software ecosystem, paired with insight into how leaders evaluate AI for workflow coordination, governance, and business impact.
Skilled storyteller and communicator with a demonstrated ability to turn complex research into actionable sales enablement and pipeline-generating campaigns.
Analytical mindset with experience combining qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide strategy, prioritize initiatives, and evaluate performance.
Strong collaborative skills, comfortable navigating both multi-quarter strategic planning and day-to-day campaign execution across cross-functional teams.
