Where you'll create impact

• Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across GTM, Operations, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles

• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning

• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies

• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end

• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working

   

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process)

• Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $40,000 - $65,000

• Base salary: $130,000 - $200,000

• Variable compensation: $15,000 - $60,000
