About the Role

As the Senior Analyst, AMER Field Operations, you will be a key contributor to our AMER revenue organization — sitting at the intersection of strategy, execution, and enablement across the Fivetran + dbt Labs combined Enterprise go-to-market motion.

You'll report to the Director of AMER Field Operations and operate as a trusted analytical and operational partner for revenue leaders, supporting the core rhythms, models, and metrics that power GTM performance and predictability.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives on turning data into decisions and cross-functional complexity into clean execution. You will support the operational backbone of the AMER field organization and build strong working relationships with sales leadership, revenue operations, and enablement.

What You’ll Do

• Support and contribute to the AMER field operating cadence — pipeline reviews,forecast calls, QBRs, territory planning, and leadership syncs — helping to track outcomes and ensure every meeting drives impact.
• Contribute to strategic GTM workstreams including rep productivity analysis, account segmentation, and coverage model design, with an ability to execute at multiple levels of the sales leadership hierarchy.
• Support bi-annual and in-year planning cycles: headcount and capacity modeling, quota design, territory structure, and segmentation.
• Partner with AMER sales leadership to help identify performance gaps across segments and contribute to targeted intervention programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
• Develop and deliver clear, actionable insights to sales leadership including forecast accuracy, sales ramp metrics, field performance trends, and time-to-productivity.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to support AMER forecasting accuracy, CRM hygiene, and pipeline data integrity in Salesforce and Clari.
• Build and iterate on AI-assisted workflows for field communications, content creation, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a connector between AMER field teams and cross-functional partners in Marketing, Finance, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
• Contribute analytical support to segment leadership — structuring analysis, validating assumptions, and helping build the case for resource asks.
• Use SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools to structure analysis and surface insights that improve execution. Support reporting and performance visibility for the segment, including materials tied to exec-facing reviews.

Skills We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, management consulting, or a high-performance investing or finance environment.
• Experience supporting or contributing to a sales segment or GTM business unit as an embedded analyst or operations partner.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with a bias for action.
• Experience contributing to integrated field programs with measurable impact to pipeline generation and revenue attainment.
• Strong command of the GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and AI-powered workflow tools (experience with Claude or similar AI tools is a strong plus).
• Strong communication skills — you can distill complex analysis into a crisp executive summary and present with confidence to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with GTM planning cycles: quota design, territory carving, headcount modeling, and in-year re-forecasting.
• Self-sufficient analyst — you can build models and run analyses without needing a data team to unblock you.
• A collaborative mindset. You're opinionated but open to all perspectives, and you know how to drive alignment across stakeholders.
